Jorge Sanz has always given me a bit like David Trueba and I've had in my (semi) detested. I got to see what was Jorge Sanz? by morbid curiosity, by having a goofy time. But it is a great series, delicious. It is fresh, well made, intelligent, tender, sad work. Given that so hard in our films: the naturalness. Of the six chapters, weakens the past, but the other five are round. The stories are simple, without fanfare, with tricks (intentional) comic book. At first it seems it will be a bit shameless, but does not cross the limit. Sanz accept being portrayed as a loser that everything goes wrong, you get older, they lived better times, who walks with difficulty. And that acceptance is noble, gives greatness. Suddenly someone appears comforts us ironically to himself, and you do not sarcasm, but gently, gently bittersweet. Unheard of in Spain. That attitude is contagious Miraculously, the other actors who appear with their names: Resines, Galiardo, Larrañaga, Segura, to Botto ... It reflects very well the scene of the movie, their conversations, in a tone of melancholy comedy. In a sense, What happened to Jorge Sanz? amounts to an update The trip to nowhere Fernan Gomez. There is the precarious life of the actors. And has the decline. This series is healthy because Jorge Sanz taken with humor decline and, incidentally, that of all of us.
